4 Rounds for time:
- 10 Dead-lifts
- 15 Jump squats
- 15 Kettle bell swings
- 25 situps
Afterwards, I went spinning for about 20 minutes.
I really didn’t feel like going this morning (it was so cold and gloomy), but I told myself if I didn’t do it now, most likely wont do it later on. Putting it off doesn’t work well with me; I end up not working out for the whole day. Does that happen to you? It’s better to just put in a workout now and then continue on with your day… Trust me, you’ll feel a lot better afterwards. You have to push yourself!
